The Nectar of the Coconut Blossom, harvested by hand on the islands of Indonesia by our collective of organic farmers, is dried into this nourishing sugar, ready to replace any other. Organic Brown Coconut Sugar
(Formerly Blonde) Round and rich with hints of caramel, the warm molasses note in this silky, unrefined sugar easily replaces brown cane.
Suggested use
Use our coconut sugar the same way you use regular sugar, it’s a perfect 1:1 ratio.
Try our Flourless Brownies:
- 4 large organic eggs
- 1 cup Big Tree Farms Brown Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup organic cacao powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tsp organic coconut oil
- 2 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 °F. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into wax paper lined 8” x 4” pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let set for 4 hours before cutting. Enjoy!
