This formula provides a high quality garlic oil concentrate equivalent to approximately 500 mg of fresh garlic bulbs per one softgel serving.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) softgel twice daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Safflower oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin.
