Niacin (vitamin B-3) plays a role in energy metabolism. Niacinamide is a good source of vitamin B-3 with a lower flushing effect than that of niacin. Prolonged release vitamins slowly release nutrients into the body over an extended period of time.
As a vitamin supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: Gum acacia, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide.
No added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
