It is found in the cells of energy rich tissues like the heart, but with age these levels decrease. Co-Q10 helps promote mitochondrial health, cellular energy production, and healthy cardiovascular function.
Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with a fat-containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water) magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
