Ancient method Malt Syrup - Sprouting organic U.S. barely turns whole grain complex carbs into sugars. It is water extracted and concentrated to make syrup.
Suggested use
In recipes use 1 1/3 cup malt syrup to replace 1 cup of sugar; use 1/4 cup less liquid for each cup of Barley Malt. Use Barley Malt Syrup one-for-one to replace honey and molasses.
Refrigerate after opening.
